WHAT IS TAOISM
Taoism is not a religion. It is a philosophical science upon which the foundations of ancient China was based. Just as our modern western culture is based on mainstream science. Yet these two systems are completely different in their thinking. I do wonder if people think that Taoism is a religion because it is not mainstream science, with a misconception that science is the only truth from which nature can be understood? Yet, the foundations of Taoism was also based on the observation of nature, but from a different framework. Taoism being the foundations of Acupuncture which is based on a philosophical science.
